Inquiry information / 询盘信息

We collect the name, company, work email, market, product requirements and selected concept references you submit. We use this information to evaluate and respond to your sourcing inquiry. / 收集您提交的姓名、公司、工作邮箱、市场、产品需求和选品参考，用于评估与回复询盘。

Storage & access / 保存与访问

Inquiries are stored in the server database and are accessible through a password-protected management interface. When notification is configured, a copy may be sent to the company’s sales inbox or configured CRM service. / 询盘保存在服务端数据库，通过受密码保护的管理界面访问。配置通知后，信息副本可能发送到公司销售邮箱或配置的 CRM 服务。

Design images / 设计图片

We collect the design images and customization requirements you choose to submit. Design files are kept in private object storage and downloaded through authenticated management access. When email notifications are enabled, inquiry details and design attachments are processed by Resend for delivery to our sourcing team and as a copy to your submitted work email. Original design files also remain in the private inquiry inbox. Unsubmitted uploads are eligible for cleanup after 7 days. For correction or deletion requests, use the contact page or the button. / 收集您主动提交的设计图与定制要求。设计文件保存在私有对象存储中，由已登录的管理人员下载。启用邮件通知后，询盘内容与设计附件通过 Resend 处理并发送至我们的采购团队，同时抄送至您提交的工作邮箱；设计原图同时保留在私有询盘后台。未提交的上传文件可在 7 天后清理。如需更正或删除，请通过联系页面或邮件按钮联系我们。

Preferences & attribution / 偏好与来源

Your browser stores your language preference, selected product references and campaign attribution parameters. The site does not load Meta Pixel, advertising cookies or third-party analytics by default. Inquiry attribution is used to understand the source of a submitted brief. / 浏览器保存语言、选品与推广来源参数。默认不加载 Meta Pixel、广告 Cookie 或第三方统计脚本。提交的询盘会记录来源信息供团队了解获客渠道。

Your requests / 您的请求

You can ask the sourcing team to correct or remove your inquiry data using the contact channel provided during follow-up. Company contact details and a retention policy must be finalized before public launch. / 您可以通过跟进时提供的联系渠道要求更正或删除询盘信息。公开上线前需确定公司联系方式和保存政策。
